On a Day When We Honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Inaugurate the 47th President, Why Listen to Anthropologists?

In her Why Listen to Anthropologists? Schoolcraft College student Olivia Morden cites Dr. King when she discusses how hate begets hate and where hate comes from. Retired anthropology professor Josselyn Moore writes in the “Introduction” to Morden’s book “that viewing the world through an anthropological lens may be effective in comprehending, reframing, and taming today’s societal polarization—polarization so evident in today’s political arena.”

A free copy of Morden’s book is available at the Ehipassiko Press, LLC website where you will also find a link to purchase the paperback edition at cost of production. Neither Morden nor Ehipassiko Press receive royalties or other forms of compensation for the sale or distribution of this book.
